The 7th ECTP open conference will take place on 17 – 18 November 2016 in Centre for Fine Arts, Brussels, Belgium.

The conference will be dedicated to present and discuss current and anticipated innovation in the built environment field. Plenary sessions with high-level speakers from academia, industry and the European Commission will introduce the global scheme and visions from various stakeholders. Meanwhile, thematic parallel sessions will address diverse specific issues under the five current challenges of the ECTP. Central Europe towards Sustainable Building CESB16 (22 – 24 June 2016)

Central Europe towards Sustainable Building Prague 2016 (CESB16) event will be held on 22-24 June 2016 as a part of 2016 international Sustainable Built Environment conference series.

ESB16 will be the fourth conference in a row held in Prague on the actual topic of sustainable building. The CESB16 objective is to present current activities in sustainable building in the Central Europe and to bring ideas and international expertise to the region to contribute to further development.

The city of Prague will again provide us a beautiful setting to meet and discuss the next challenges and opportunities of sustainable building.

EU Sustainable Energy Week – EUSEW 2016, (13 – 17 June 2016)

HomeEUSEW 2016 will take place in Brussels, Belgium from 14 to 16 June 2016.

The Policy Conference is the most important European conference dedicated to sustainable energy policy issues. Sessions organised by the European Commission and energy stakeholders debate new policy developments, best practices and sustainable energy ideas, while networking events forge alliances. Awards for outstanding projects begin the week.

Public authorities, energy agencies, industry associations, businesses, civil society organisations and the media are all invited to take part in the conference. Past speakers and participants have come from city councils and the European institutions, private companies and research organisations, citizen groups and NGOs.

Green Week 2016 (30 May – 3 June 2016)

The 2016 edition of Green Week, the biggest annual occasion to debate and discuss European environment policy, will take place from Monday, 30 May to Friday, 3 June.

It will focus on the theme “Investing for a greener future”.

Investing is about more than money. It’s about creating jobs and taking people out of unemployment. It’s about ensuring our children breathe cleaner air on their way to school, it’s about using raw materials and resources more efficiently, it’s about preventing waste, and much more besides.

The many facets of green investment will feature throughout the week. Events and activities will take place across Europe, centred round a high-level conference in Brussels on Wednesday 1 June, with a wide variety of organisations and partners taking part.

To show how the investments of today can help a “greener future” become a reality, each day of the week will focus on different aspects of the theme.

Greenpower 2016 (10 – 12 May 2016)

greenpowGreenpower 2016 exhibition will take place in Poznan from 10 to 12 May 2016.
